Hello and wonderful to meet you and delighted that you are here. As founder of Singapore based Cognitive Magic, I create bespoke learning experiences, saturated with depth. To help nudge individual, corporate and organizational behaviour towards more positive outcomes.

My great teaching loves are for the character centered skills, essential for effective contribution, leadership and organizational performance. Workshops cover topics such as purpose, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, paying attention, psychological safety, business agility, assertive communication, decision-making, how to mentor and coach others.

My facilitation style is both innovative and immersive; I teach concepts and I embody them, allowing participants to learn by observing and engaging in real time. I only teach skills I try to master myself. I engage participants using novel, creative approaches e.g. based on popular works of art. Recent signature workshops include "Taylor Swift - Lyrics as Poetry" and “Yes, Barbie Changed Everything. Because Context is Everything”  I am also a mentor and coach for others, sometimes on a volunteer basis.

My approach lies in the belief that the most valuable learning happens when we connect with our own humanity. When we do this authentically, it feels like magic. Through empathetic engagement, whether one-on-one or in groups, I create space where participants can discover their depth, to understand who they are and what matters the most for them.

Previously, I have led software engineering teams around the world, within financial services, with budgets from a few thousand to many millions of dollars. I have a lifelong passion for technology but believe that each of us as individuals, and our shared humanity are the most important sources for meaningful development.
